介绍了陶瓷刀具的性能及特点,并再此基础上阐明陶瓷刀具在矿山机械加工方面的优势。通过加工实例说明在合理选择刀具几何参数和机床切削参数的情况下,陶瓷刀具完全适用于加工高锰钢铸件。
The performance and characteristics of ceramic cutting tools are introduced. On the basis of this, the advantages of ceramic cutting tools in mining machinery are also explained. Through the processing example shows that in a reasonable choice of tool geometry and machine tool cutting parameters, the ceramic tool is fully suitable for processing high manganese steel castings.
