小儿心肌炎,在发病早期不易辨认,一旦症状明显心肌已受到较严重的损害,因此对小儿心肌炎早发现早诊断,是防治工作和发病学研究的重要课题。我们根据血清乳酸脱氢酶(SLDH)同工酶的检查技术和理论对 LDH 同工酶谱变化在小儿心肌炎早期诊断中的意义进行了探讨。
