加强国际科技合作是充分利用全球科技资源,促进我国科技跨越式发展,增强我国科技自主创新能力的重要途径。日前,国家科技部国际合作司副司长姚为克在接受媒体采访时,对我国开展国际科技合作的概况和“十一五”期间国际科技合作的总体部署和展望作了详尽阐述。
Strengthening international cooperation in science and technology is an important way to make full use of global scientific and technological resources, promote the leapfrog development of science and technology in our country and enhance our capability of independent innovation in science and technology. Recently, Yao Weike, deputy director of the Department of International Cooperation of the State Ministry of Science and Technology, made an elaboration on the overview of China's international cooperation in science and technology and the overall plan and prospect of international science and technology cooperation during the 11th Five-year Plan.
