本文报道10例急性心肌梗塞血液动力学特征。其中属于血液动分型和临学力床分型一致,属Ⅰ型者共6例。并对其中3例临床心衰前期进行观察和处理。分析了心衰前期特征和治疗以及血液动力学监测,以认识右室梗塞。
This article reports 10 cases of acute myocardial infarction hemodynamic characteristics. Which belongs to the hemodynamic typing and clinical classification of the same bed, which is a type Ⅰ in 6 cases. Three cases of clinical heart failure were observed and treated. Analysis of the characteristics and treatment of early heart failure and hemodynamic monitoring to understand right ventricular infarction.
