近年来由于对外交往日广,淋病又有抬头蔓延之势,我们在诊治工作中发现急性淋病性尿道炎186例现报告如下。临床资料一般资料本组186例,男性180例,女性6例,年龄最大56岁,最小18岁,35岁以下151例,占82.8％,其中工人78例,占42％,司机34例,占18％,个体户22例,占12％,农民21例,占11％,采购员19人,占10％,其它12例,占6％。186例淋病患者急性期183例,合并副睾炎6例。有不洁性交史者152例,4例有出差在旅社盆浴史。临床表现潜伏期1～14天,以2～5天多
