承德县东窑村党支部立足本地实际,以工补农,大力发展村办集体经济,走出了使全村群众共同致富的道路。去年买现工农业总产值1300万元,人均纯收入1681元,集体固定资产达到350万元,即将提前达到小康水平。(一)以阎庆春为支部书记的村党支部,制定了“党员十带头、十不准”的具体规定,树立起“一人富了不叫富,全村富了才叫富”的思想观念。每名党员每年都要联系15户贫困户,从多渠道帮助他们脱贫致富。
