上海轴承锻造厂进行温挤压轴承套塔形成形工艺的研究,使热锻工艺加工余量大、材料利用率低、能量消耗多、劳动条件差等缺点得以克服。一次温挤成形可生产内外套圈各一只,在上海轴承行业属首创。温挤后,锻坯几乎没有氧化脱碳,表面硬度在HRB98~100左右,不必再退火。材料利用率从原来的42.5%提高到53.8%,锻坯每套材料消耗降低38.3克,
