珠寶,無比瑰麗、神奇,魅力無窮,惹人喜愛。珠寶,宇宙之造化,天地之結晶,日月之精華,是大自然對人類珍貴的賜予。長期以來,珠寶更為種種神秘、魔力、聯想、象征等多彩光環所圍繞,并由此產生了許多動人的神話和傳說,從而給珠寶又平添了無比神奇的魅力。精衛銜西山石以填東海;女媧煉五色石而補蒼天。從這兩個神話故事,直到《紅樓夢》(石頭記)問世,把寶玉石文化推向了一個高潮。司馬遷在《史記》里曾寫過,秦昭王提出用十五座城池換取趙國的和氏壁。一塊寶石竟抵得上十五座城池,這真可謂:“價值連城”。
