11人今年以来,中信证券已经有11人被调查,半数为执行委虽会成员,即中信证券最高经营管理机构,其中包括总经理程博明。姚刚成为自证监会成立以来落马的最高级别官员。作为证监会的副主席,他的排位仅次于主席肖钢。虽然,中央纪委监察部网站只说明姚刚目前正接受组织调查,并未指出调查原因,不过,市场上已有姚刚被调查或与为拟上市企业IPO提供便利、存在不当利益输送关系有关的传闻。
