本方法描述实验室中进行金属与合金均匀腐蚀(失重)试验的一般方法。它不适用于高温氧化,大气腐蚀,盐雾腐蚀以及土壤腐蚀所造成的失重试验。本试验包括(1)适用范围;(2)试样的制备;(3)试验装置;(4)试验条件;(5)试验程序;(6)腐蚀率的计算;(7)报告的要求以及三个附录:I.腐蚀产物的电解清除法:Ⅱ.腐蚀产物的化学清除法;Ⅲ.部分金属与合金的密度。本方法对试样的要求,试验条件与试验程序作了详细而严格的规定。有了这些规定才有比较实验数据
This method describes a general method of laboratory tests for the uniform corrosion of metals and alloys (weight loss). It is not suitable for weight loss tests due to high temperature oxidation, atmospheric corrosion, salt spray corrosion and soil erosion.
