一、凱洛夫教育学关于全面發展教育理論上的問題 最近“人民教育”討論“全面發展与因材施教”的问題,張萃中、崔阶平、王煥勳、郭林、王鉄、曹孚……諸同志發表的文章,都有些深刻的見解,給我很好的啟發;尤其王焕勳張萃中兩同志文章中有很多很好的見解,我都同意。但他們文章中也有很重要的地方,我不能同意。那就是这几位同志認为不能把因材施教补充到全面發展的方針上去。他們也肯定“因材施教”的积極意义,但認为这只是教育方法或教学方法。对于这种看法,我也不尽同意;由于提出“全面發展和因材施教”的方針,联系到教育制度、教學內容教学方法上都要有所改变。 現在全面發展的教育方針,在实行中,究竟存在什么問題呢?全面發展与因材施教的原則,为什么提出呢?这就因为:許多学校的教育工作,忽視学生个
