当今社会,铁路已经成为我国主要的交通运输手段。它对社会、经济和科技发展,以及满足人民日益增长的物质和文化需要起着重要的作用。一直以来,我国铁路部门都十分重视和强调安全风险管理。站段作为安全管理的最基层,其安全风险管理问题也受到了铁路部门的重视,并建立了各项防范安全事故发生的措施。但是,从当前我国铁路站段发生的一些安全问题事故来看,我国铁路站段在安全风险管理方面还存在着很大的不足,需要给予进一步的完善,以此更好保证铁路局运输生产的安全,并提高电务管理水平。
