目的:优选从北柴胡茎叶中提取总黄酮的最佳工艺。方法:以总黄酮含量为指标,采用正交试验,考察了提取温度、提取时间、乙醇浓度和料液比对总黄酮得率的影响。结果:总黄酮最佳工艺为:提取温度80℃,70%乙醇溶液,料液比1∶30,回流提取2h。结论:该工艺简单可行,是提取北柴胡茎叶总黄酮的有效途径。
Objective: To optimize the extraction of total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Bupleurum chinense. Methods: With the content of total flavonoids as an index, the effects of extraction temperature, extraction time, ethanol concentration and solid-liquid ratio on the yield of total flavonoids were investigated by orthogonal test. Results: The optimum conditions of total flavonoids extraction were as follows: the extraction temperature was 80 ℃, 70% ethanol solution, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:30, reflux extraction for 2h. Conclusion: The process is simple and feasible, and it is an effective way to extract total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Bupleurum.
