以钢铁企业副产煤气为研究对象,基于在线理论,考察其在线均衡分配问题.在生产过程中,决策者在每个时期决策煤气的供应量,目标是使得在各时期煤气供应尽可能均衡平稳.基于合理假设,建立煤气均衡分配模型,对于均衡区间未知的问题,分析了离线情形的特殊性质,以及不同煤气产生序列情形下的在线特征;对在线问题设计了在线二分策略,并用最坏情形法证明了其竞争比为(1+3M/m)/4.本研究为企业生产中副产品的均衡分配和利用提供了一定的思路与理论借鉴.
Based on the on-line theory, the problem of on-line equilibrium distribution is investigated with the byproduct gas of iron and steel enterprises, and in the production process, decision-makers decide on the supply of gas at each period, the goal is to make the gas supply as balanced as possible during each period Based on the reasonable assumption, this paper establishes a gas equilibrium distribution model, analyzes the special properties of offline situations and the online features of different gas generation sequences for the problem of unknown equilibrium interval, designs an online dichotomy strategy for online problems, and uses the worst case The law proves that the competition ratio is (1 + 3M / m) / 4. This study provides some ideas and theoretical references for the balanced distribution and utilization of by-products in the production of enterprises.
