知识经济的发展,使我国人力资源占据越来越重要的地位。在现代企业管理中,人力资源管理是核心,尤其在企业员工培训中,其绩效评级成为重点和难点。企业人才培训是进行企业人才培养及激励机制管理的基础,最终目的在于提升企业整体的绩效,从而推动企业自身获得良好发展。基于此,从两大方面进行探讨,首先阐释企业人才培训绩效综合评价的重要意义,其次针对企业人才培训绩效综合评价需遵循的原则进行分析。
The development of knowledge-based economy makes our human resources occupy an increasingly important position. In modern enterprise management, human resource management is the core, especially in the training of enterprise staff, the performance rating becomes the key and difficult. The training of enterprise personnel is the basis for the training of enterprise personnel and the management of incentive mechanism. The ultimate goal is to enhance the overall performance of the enterprise so as to promote the good development of the enterprise itself. Based on this, it discusses from two aspects, first explains the significance of comprehensive evaluation of enterprise’s talent training performance, and secondly analyzes the principles to be followed in the comprehensive evaluation of enterprise’s talent training performance.
