上海玻璃器皿二厂是生产机吹杯和离心浇注果盘为主的中型玻璃器皿生产厂。1980年以前产品包装没有美化,以后短短几年里发展到有30多个不同品种产品美化了包装。这些新包装提高了产品档次,促进了销售,取得了明显的经济效益。1988年一年内,美化包装的产品数量总共是150多万只,产值是225万元。一年里,光改进包装带来的效益就是50万元左右,现在继续以每年递增15%左右的速度在上升。包装改进后,产品增强了竞争能力,也提高了企业的知名度。回顾几年来开发新包装的过程,大致可分为三个层次。改革开放前,虽然年产200多万打的机吹杯,但是除了外销有少量简易
