目前电解加工在生产实际中得到了比较广泛的应用,其经济价值也为人们所重视。在国外有人誊为划时代的加工工艺。我厂近几年来对此项工艺进行了反复试验、摸索。其中模具加工试验经过努力取得了一定的成绩。特别是近一年来采用了NaNO_3电解液加工锻模,成型精度显著提高,并简化了电极的设计、制造过程。这不仅减轻了劳动强度、缩短了模具生产工艺流程、提高了生产率,而且扩大了加工范围。大大推动了电解加工生产的发展。锻模模具型腔加工,过去都是由机械仿型加工,手工打磨精修成型(刀花深、余量大)劳动强度大。生产经常处于被动的局面,这就需要有一种新的加工工艺推
