本文从八个方面综述了近年来国内理论界和学术界在我国政党制度法制化问题上的探讨和争鸣 ,以期有助于加深人们对这一问题的认识 ,进一步发挥中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度的特点和优势 ,推进社会主义民主法制和社会主义政治文明建设。 This article reviews eight aspects of domestic theoretical and academic circles on the legalization of the party system in our country to discuss and contend with a view to help deepen people’s understanding of this issue and further give play to the multi-party cooperation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China And the characteristics and advantages of the system of political consultation so as to promote the building of a socialist democratic legal system and building a socialist political civilization.
