[目的]探索天然牙透明层在牙体组织上的分布规律,为口腔技师的义齿仿真修复制作提供参考,以提高修复体的美学质量,从而满足临床需求。[方法]采用直接观察216例被观察者口腔中上颌中切牙透明层分布部位的方法,同时采集了被观察者上颌中切牙的照片,分别对被观察者上颌中切牙透明层的分布进行分类总结,分析透明层在天然牙上的分布部位及分布规律。[结果]研究发现上颌中切牙透明层的分布大致有3种类型:A类.透明层覆盖整个牙冠,使牙冠整体看上去明亮;B类.透明层仅覆盖切缘;C类.透明层分布于切缘与邻接面。在16~29岁人群中,A类和B类所占比例明显高于C类,A类和B类的男性共占90%,A类和B类的女性共占95.5%;在30~45岁人群中,C类增多,C类的男性占14.3%,女性占7.1%;45岁以上,A类之外,邻接面有显著变透明的倾向,即C类明显增多,C类男性占34%,女性占30.8%。[结论]上颌中切牙透明层在牙体组织上有一定的分布规律。不同年龄阶段的天然牙透明层表现出不同的分布特征;同一年龄阶段中,性别不同,其透明层的分布规律不同。
[Objective] To explore the distribution of natural tooth transparent layer on tooth tissue and provide a reference for dental technician to simulate the prosthesis, in order to improve the aesthetic quality of the prosthesis so as to meet the clinical needs. [Method] The direct observation of the distribution of the transparent layer of the maxillary central incisor in 216 cases of the observed patients was carried out. At the same time, the maxillary central incisor of the observed group was taken and the distribution of the transparent layer in the maxillary central incisor To classify and summarize, analyze the distribution of transparent layer in the natural parts and distribution of the law. [Results] The study found that the distribution of the maxillary central incisor transparent layer is roughly three types: A. The transparent layer covers the entire crown, so that the whole crown looks bright; Class B. Transparent layer only covers the cut edge; The transparent layer is distributed on the margin and adjacent surface. Among 16 to 29-year-olds, the proportions of category A and category B were significantly higher than those of category C, 90% of men in category A and B, and 95.5% of women in category A and B; Among the aged population, there were more C categories, 14.3% of C category men and 7.1% of women than those of A group, while those of A group had significantly more transparent than those of A category, namely C category increased significantly and C category accounted for 34% %, Women 30.8%. [Conclusion] The maxillary central incisor transparent layer has certain distribution in dental tissues. At different age stages, natural tooth transparent layer showed different distribution characteristics; in the same age stage, different gender, the distribution of the transparent layer is different.
