作为庄河市委推进企业开展教育实践活动、加强企业基层党组织建设的一项重要举措,庄河市日前从党政机关、事业单位选派百名干部到百家非公有制企业担任党建工作指导员指导企业党建和群团组织工作。此次干部选派时间为一年,选派干部在5月底全部进驻企业后,将做好党的政策宣传员、企业发展参谋员、群众利益监督员、矛盾纠纷调解员。此次活动是庄河市委继“百名干部进村蹲点”、“机关干部进社区担任第一书记”活动之后,在基层党建工作方面的创新之举。在5月15日选派担任党建指导员工作会上,庄河市委常委、组织部长李亿兵谈了自己的看法。
