In this paper, 52 cases of salivary gland angiography (22 cases of submandibular gland, 30 cases of parotid gland), 5 cases of chronic obstructive parotitis with methyl violet and 9 parotid glands (18 sides) And injected into the pig parotid gland (12) application experience. Special salivary gland angiography cannula with reference to Japan STERISHEET saliva contrast tube (Tokyo Medical Dental University Dental Radiation Department), and to make technical improvements: including to adapt to the submandibular gland and parotid main duct physiological curvature of the anterior segment, the intubation metal fine Made of curved front of the wire, more in line with physiological requirements, easy to insert; use of soft and flexible better, better biocompatible titanium nickel wire instead of wire. After clinical application of 52 cases, 50 cases were successfully inserted, 2 cases of submandibular gland due to too deep mouth and nausea can not cooperate with the failure to insert, no puncture and found 1 other discomfort. 5 cases of chronic obstructive parotitis with this intubation injection of methyl violet, no one case of spillover. Nine miniature parotid gland angiography and injection of nail polish are inserted smoothly, without puncture and failure. Application of the salivary gland angiography intubation than the current mostly used salivary gland angiography intubation method has obvious advantages. Solve the problem of long-standing salivary gland angiography intubation difficulties and easy puncture problems, especially for submandibular gland angiography, parotid gland drug perfusion and animal imaging
