阿托品4、6、10mg/kg ip可显著地降低大鼠血浆cGMP含量(P<0.05);东莨菪碱、B-7601分别需要10.15mg/kg ip。三药对血浆cAMP含量的影响无统计学意义。唯阿托品6.10mg/kg可提高cAMP/cGMP的比值(P<0.05)。结果提示:三药对大鼠血浆cGMP含量的影响,阿托品>东莨菪碱>B-7601。
Atropine 4,6,10mg / kg ip can significantly reduce the plasma cGMP content of rats (P <0.05); scopolamine, B-7601 respectively 10.15mg / kg ip. Three drugs on plasma cAMP content had no statistical significance. Only atropine 6.10mg / kg can increase cAMP / cGMP ratio (P <0.05). The results suggest that: three drugs on rat plasma cGMP content, atropine> scopolamine> B-7601.
