目的 :探讨急性细菌性结膜炎采用诺氟沙星滴眼液治疗的效果。方法 :选取106例急性细菌性结膜炎患者作为研究对象,随机进行分组;对照组采用氯霉素滴眼液治疗,观察组采用诺氟沙星滴眼液治疗;对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果 :观察组细菌清除率、细菌阴转率及细菌敏感率均显著大于对照组,并发症发生率显著小于对照组;两组数据具有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为98.11,对照组临床总有效率为84.91%;两组数据具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 :急性细菌性结膜炎采用诺氟沙星滴眼液治疗的效果确切,抗菌谱广、抗菌活性强及安全性高,具有临床可行性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of norfloxacin eye drops in acute bacterial conjunctivitis. Methods: One hundred and sixty patients with acute bacterial conjunctivitis were randomly divided into groups. The control group was treated with chloramphenicol eye drops. The observation group was treated with norfloxacin eye drops. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results: The bacterial clearance rate, bacteria negative rate and bacterial susceptibility in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group; the data of two groups had significant difference (P <0.05); The clinical total effective rate For 98.11, the total clinical effective rate of the control group was 84.91%; There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Acute bacterial conjunctivitis with norfloxacin eye drops treatment has the exact effect, broad antibacterial spectrum, strong antibacterial activity and safety, with clinical feasibility.
