为获取“坚硬软弱”复合顶板爆破预裂切缝的较好预裂效果,文章通过对小河嘴煤矿2018工作面运输巷现场试验和分析,针对巷道直接顶较软弱、基本顶坚硬的复合岩层条件,试验得到了合理的爆破预裂切缝参数,掌握了这种特殊条件下聚能爆破切缝的方法。结果表明:切缝药包和封泥位置位于软弱岩层中时,由于孔壁裂隙发育,爆破能量易沿孔壁裂隙发生冲楔作用,聚能效果较差;对于坚硬岩层,装药线密度越大,张拉切缝效果越明显,线密度越小,越易出现压裂破坏。
