Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma albumin (A), globulin (G) and A / G and cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 387 cerebral infarction patients were selected and the control group was set up. Blood A, G and other biochemical indexes were also detected. The history of hypertension, diabetes, smoking, drinking and other diseases were recorded. The differences between the indexes of cerebral infarction and control groups were compared. Logistic regression was used to analyze the effect of relevant risk factors on cerebral infarction. Results There was significant difference of A, G, A / G and blood glucose in cerebral infarction group compared with control group (P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that albumin, blood glucose and A / G were related to the occurrence of cerebral infarction , OR values were 0.342, 2.199 and 12.162 respectively. Conclusions The decrease of A / G value is related to the occurrence of cerebral infarction.
