评比是一种促进学习和推动工作的好办法。1991年3月,在新闻出版署期刊管理司和国家教委条件装备司等政府主管部门的指导、支持下,中国高等学校自然科学学报研究会组织了全国高校自然科学学报系统优秀编辑学论著和优秀编辑工作者(以下简称“双优”)的评选。由翁永庆编审(中国科技期刊编辑学会)、汪元章编审(《上海工业大学学报》编辑部)等20位高级编辑组成的评奖委员会。在各省、市、自治区高校学报研究会初评的基础上,共评出优秀编辑学论著一等奖39篇,二等奖110篇(本),优秀编辑工作者228名。5月中旬,新闻出 Appraisal is a good way to promote learning and promotion.
