采用溶剂蒸发的方法制备了一系列不同质量比的聚L-乳酸/聚乙醇酸(PLLA/PGA)复合膜,并对该复合膜进行了力学性能、TG、DSC、XRD、FTIR和SEM等测试。结果表明:PLLA/PGA复合膜的相容性良好。随着PGA含量的增加,复合膜的拉伸强度下降,断裂伸长率上升,热分解温度先上升后下降,其中当PLLA与PGA的质量比为50/50时热分解温度达到最高值。随着PGA含量的增加,复合膜的玻璃化转变温度、熔融温度均向低温方向移动,熔融焓减小,但结晶度则呈先升高后降低的趋势,其中当PLLA与PGA的质量比为50/50时结晶度最高。
A series of poly (L-lactic acid) / polyglycolic acid (PLLA / PGA) composite membranes with different mass ratios were prepared by solvent evaporation. The mechanical properties, TG, DSC, XRD, FTIR and SEM . The results show that the compatibility of PLLA / PGA composite membrane is good. With the increase of PGA content, the tensile strength of the composite film decreased, the elongation at break increased, the thermal decomposition temperature first increased and then decreased, and the highest thermal decomposition temperature reached when the mass ratio of PLLA to PGA was 50/50. With the increase of PGA content, the glass transition temperature and the melting temperature of the composite films all migrated to the low temperature, the enthalpy of fusion decreased, but the crystallinity increased firstly and then decreased. When the mass ratio of PLLA to PGA was 50/50 when the highest degree of crystallinity.
