[目的]评价细辛不同组份止咳、祛痰作用。[方法]以止咳、祛痰实验为考查指标,对不同溶解度参数溶剂提取的细辛提取物进行药效学考查。[结果]细辛不同提取物均能显著延长咳嗽潜伏期,具有明显的止咳作用(P<0.01),但祛痰效果不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]挥发油提取物为细辛止咳作用的主要物质基础。
[Objective] To evaluate the antitussive and expectorant effects of different components of Asarum. [Method] Taking cough relieving and expectorant test as test indexes, pharmacodynamics examination of solvent extracts of Asarum extract with different solubility parameters was conducted. [Results] Different extracts of Asarum could significantly prolong the incubation period of cough, and had obvious antitussive effect (P<0.01), but the effect of sputum was not significant (P>0.05). [Conclusion] The volatile oil extract is the main material basis of Asarum cough suppressant effect.
