Intensifying labor cost intensive, standardization and lean management is an important measure to innovate the human resources management mechanism. Based on the principle of “efficiency decides cost space and cost control labor demand”, we can achieve total control, optimize structure and improve efficiency . From the perspectives of position, promotion, recruitment, training, performance and remuneration and welfare of human resources management, a comprehensive understanding of the status quo of the management of dispatched staff and analysis of them are provided so as to provide the formulation or improvement of corporate human resources management concepts, policies and measures reference.
