小麦条锈菌(Puccinia striiformisf.sp.tritici)引起的小麦条锈病是小麦生产上最重要的病害之一。国内外的研究和生产实践证明,利用抗病品种是防治该病最有效、经济和安全的途径。然而,在生产实践中由于抗源单一化和小麦条锈菌的高度变异性,品种抗病性很容易被病原菌新小种所克服,这已经成为应用抗病品种防治小麦条锈病的世界性难题。因此,不断地鉴定和筛选新的抗条锈病基因以选育替代抗病品种是解决这一难题的重要途径。
Wheat stripe rust caused by Puccinia striiformis sp. Tritici is one of the most important diseases in wheat production. Research and production practice at home and abroad have proved that the use of disease-resistant varieties is the most effective, economical and safe way to prevent and treat the disease. However, in the production practice, due to the single source of resistance and the high variability of wheat stripe rust, the disease resistance of cultivars can easily be overcome by the new race of pathogenic bacteria, which has become a worldwide challenge to control wheat stripe rust with resistant varieties . Therefore, continuous identification and screening of new stripe rust resistance genes to breed resistant varieties is an important way to solve this problem.
