目的了解封开地区小儿下呼吸道感染肺炎支原体(MP)的流行状况及临床特征。方法对本院儿科2007年1月~2008年12月期间临床诊断为急性下呼吸道感染的862例住院患儿进行回顾性分析。结果 862例下呼吸道感染患儿中,MP-IgM阳性185例,阳性率为21.5%。MP感染以学龄前儿童和学龄期儿童为主,两组之间阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.33,p>0.05)。MP感染有明显季节性,冬春季节阳性率高于夏秋季节。结论 MP是本地区儿童下呼吸道感染的重要致病原,且感染率随儿童年龄增加而升高,冬春季为其感染发病高峰季节。
Objective To understand the prevalence and clinical features of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) in children with lower respiratory tract infection in open area. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 862 hospitalized children with acute lower respiratory tract infection clinically from January 2007 to December 2008 in our hospital. Results Of the 862 children with lower respiratory tract infection, 185 were positive for MP-IgM, the positive rate was 21.5%. MP infection was mainly in preschool children and school-age children. There was no significant difference in the positive rate between the two groups (χ2 = 3.33, p> 0.05). MP infection has obvious seasonal, positive rate in winter and spring than in summer and autumn. Conclusion MP is an important causative agent of lower respiratory tract infection in children in this area, and the infection rate increases with the increase of children’s age. Winter and spring are the peak season of their infection.
