不管场面何其血腥、不管现场何其残酷,朱家兴总是第一时间赶到,然后一一拍摄,不放过每一个细节。在拍片的时候,朱家兴从表情到内心都十分冷静,甚至有一点麻木,为的是“如实记录”。朱家兴拍了一辈子的刑侦照片,却很少思量自己工作的意义,也很少考虑照片的价值。放到历史的进程中去评论,作为建国后的第一代刑侦摄影师,朱家兴拍下的是一个地方乃至整个中国民主与法制发展的轨迹,与其说他的片子是一种照片,还不如说他的片子是一个国家法制建设的横断面,他拍摄的所有场面,无法再现、无法复制、无法还原。
