在健康家兔颈总动脉——预外静脉血流旁路中放一丝线,以便形成血栓,观察通脉宁心冲剂对丝线上所形成血栓重量的影响。实验结果表明,用本品灌胃,可使家兔实验性血栓重量明显减轻,血栓形成抑制率为37.57%,与对照组比较,差异显著,说明本品对家兔实验性血栓形成有抑制作用,与临床上用于防治血栓性疾病的疗效有一致性。本文还讨论了有关的作用机制。
