一氧化碳中毒可引起多种并发症,但引起斑秃者较少见。现将我们收治的2例一氧化碳中毒继发斑秃病例报告如下。例1:男,18岁,2001年11月25日23:00入睡,屋中烧煤炭炉取暖,次日16:20左右被人发现,处于昏迷状态,频繁抽搐,口吐白沫,大汗淋沥,大小便失禁,屋内有较浓的煤烟味。紧急呼叫120出诊接回。查体:T 36℃,P 119次/min,R 26次/min,BP 110/80 mm Hg。中度昏迷,牙关紧闭,口吐白沫,呼吸稍快,后枕部可触及7x8 cm头皮肿胀,双瞳孔4.5 mm,对光反射减
