本文通过123例先天性腭裂患儿免疫功能测定发现,先天性腭裂患儿的细胞免疫缺乏,血液和唾液内补体含量降低,而唾液和血清内IgA和IgG含量升高。所得结果可作为腭裂患儿术前和术后免疫功能检测的一种客观数据。
In this paper, 123 cases of congenital cleft palate in children with immunosuppressive assay found that children with congenital cleft palate lack of cellular immunity, blood and saliva complement content decreased, while saliva and serum IgA and IgG levels increased. The results can be used as preoperative and postoperative cleft palate immune function of an objective data.
