过去我厂在焊接锅炉省煤器和过热器蛇形管时,是采用手动АСИФ-75型对焊机进行生产的。由于工人劳动强度高和生产效率低。而且焊缝质量很难保证,不能满足生产的需要,所以我们购置了一台МСМ-150自动接触对焊机。经过一段时间,在车间科室的相互配合下,在苏联专家的亲自指导下,我们对这台焊机进行了夹具部分和电器部分的改装工作,并进行了各种规格合金钢管和碳素钢管的焊接规范试验工作。焊机原有的夹具一般适合于焊接各种刀具、圆棒料、型钢及未经弯曲的各种管子,不适合于焊接锅炉蛇形管。所以我们根据锅炉蛇形管的工艺要求,进行了夹具部分的改装,如图1所示。图中:①气缸,理论夹紧力15吨(气压为6大气压时),内经200公厘,行程220公厘;②③⑥⑦⑧锁子;④左拉杆;⑤拉杆;⑨夹爪;⑩半圆形下钳口,用磷青铜制造;(11)斜面形楔,以便调整下钳口高低;(12)调整螺钉。这种夹具的优点是:管子易
