March 4, Jiangxi Nonferrous Metals Industry Working Conference was held in Nanchang. Ling Chengxing, vice governor of Jiangxi Province, attended the meeting and made an important speech. Zhu Xi, assistant inspector of the provincial government attended the meeting. Li Mao-kui, director of Jiangxi Non-ferrous Metals Industry Management Office made a report titled “Targeting, Fighting 2003, Securing the Non-Ferrous Metal Industry to Double Next Year”. Jiang Guobin, deputy director of Jiangxi Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, attended the meeting and made a speech. Provincial Government General Office, Provincial Party Committee Work Committee, Provincial Development and Planning Commission, Provincial Science and Technology Department, Provincial Administration of Work Safety, Southern Metallurgical Institute and other provinces directly under the leadership of the unit attended the meeting.
