我们于1988～1995年采用布氏菌治疗苗(简称治疗苗)及中药联合治疗慢性布病,经过多年临床观察收到满意疗效,现将结果报道如下。1 对象与方法1.1 病例选择 按卫生部、农业部主编的《布鲁氏菌病防治手册》有关标准确诊及疗效判定。在门诊病例中随机将病人分成2组,实验组66例、对照组52例、实验组采用治疗苗、中药联合治疗,对照组只用中药治疗。

In the outpatient cases, the patients were randomly divided into two groups: 66 cases in the experimental group and 52 cases in the control group. The experimental group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine and the combination of therapeutic vaccine and traditional Chinese medicine.
