王益民,江苏省镇江市中学语文学科带头人,镇江市教育学会中学语文专业委员会理事。发表论文200余篇,出版《论语.说文.评教》《语文好课真相》等专著6部。主持3项省、市规划课题研究。曾获全国第五届“中华杯”中学语文课堂教学大赛(初中组)一等奖。其负责的“初中语文‘对话式’教学课堂改革”项目获2013年江苏省教学成果奖(基础教育类)二等奖。语文教师要为学生打开一扇门,让学生通过这扇门能探看到语文的“真相”——文字之美、文章之妙、文学之味、文化之重……引领他们这样去探看:每日观揽经典、手写我心、聆听阔论、各抒己见……在语文的氤氲中呼吸,在实践的氛围中徜徉!我和学生的语文学习生活有“六个一”工程。一堂好课:“语文对话
