在当今高压力且缺乏体育锻炼的社会环境下,越来越多人的身体出现亚健康状态,为此人们更加关注自身的身体素质和健康发展。随着近年来新课程改革的深入和素质教育的推进,人们对体育教学质量的要求不断提高,对课堂有效教学的关注也不断加强。然而深受传统应试教育影响,初中体育课堂教学仍然存在不少弊端,课堂的价值取向、教学内容、教学形式和课堂评价模式都不太符合以人为本、生本教育理念和教育促进学生全面发展的要求。要改变这种现状,克服这些弊端,就得以学生为本,促进学生的主体和个性发展,提高课堂教学的有效性。
In today’s high pressure and lack of physical exercise in the social environment, more and more people’s body appeared sub-healthy state, for which people pay more attention to their own physical fitness and healthy development. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform and the promotion of quality education in recent years, people’s requirements for the quality of physical education have been continuously raised, and the concern for effective teaching in the classroom has also been continuously strengthened. However, under the influence of traditional examination-oriented education, there are still many drawbacks in the PE teaching in junior high schools. The value orientation, teaching contents, teaching forms and classroom evaluation modes in the classroom are not in conformity with the requirements of people-oriented, education-based concepts and education to promote students’ all-round development . To change this situation, to overcome these shortcomings, we must be student-oriented, to promote the development of students’ main body and personality, improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
