在广州1300多平方公里的市区中,有一块仅4平方公里的地区格外引人注目:这里是广东省流动人口最大的集散地。区内有广州火车站,长途、郊县和市内三大汽车站及民航售票站,每天客流约10万人次,节假日高峰期超过30万;这里是广州商贸、娱乐的中心地带。中国出口商品交易会、中国大酒店以及数百家宾馆、商场、娱乐场所都集中在这里;这里是刑事和治安案件的高发地带。近3年虽然案件总数续年下降,但每年均立刑事案件两千多宗,处理治安案件三千起左右。
In the urban area of more than 1,300 square kilometers in Guangzhou, one area of only 4 square kilometers is particularly noticeable: it is the largest distribution center for migrants in Guangdong Province. There are three major bus stations, namely, Guangzhou Railway Station, Long Distance, Suburban and Inner City, as well as the Civil Aviation Ticket Station. The daily passenger flow is about 100,000 passengers and the peak holiday season is over 300,000. This is the center of business and entertainment in Guangzhou. China Export Commodities Fair, China World Hotel and hundreds of hotels, shopping malls, entertainment centers are concentrated here; here is the high incidence of criminal and public security cases. Although the total number of cases has dropped continuously over the past three years, more than 2,000 criminal cases have been set up each year, with about 3,000 cases of public security handled.
