卫生管理学是运用系统的管理理论与方法,科学地指导卫生工作实践。搞好劳动卫生体制改革,使我们的劳动卫生体制更适应于社会发展的需要,就是运用卫生管理学知识的一个具体实践。是否能使这一实践达到应有的效果,注重对劳动卫生工作现状的分析和了解,是达到目标的前题。为了推动基层劳动卫生体制改革,笔者就在基层工作多年的体会,对劳动卫生工作管理体制改革谈一点初浅的认识。
Health management is the use of systematic management theory and methods to scientifically guide health work practices. To do a good job in the reform of the labor and health system and make our labor hygiene system more adaptable to the needs of social development is a concrete practice of applying the knowledge of health management. Whether this practice can achieve the desired effect, and focus on the analysis and understanding of the status quo of the work hygiene is the premise to achieve the goal. In order to promote the reform of the grass-roots labor and health system, the author has worked at the grass-roots level for many years and discussed the reform of the management system of labor hygiene.
