目的:再探奥昔非君对缺血心肌的保护作用及其机理。方法:建立小鼠垂体后叶素性心肌缺血模型,从自由基角度,观察用药前后缺血心肌血液供应及自由基损伤反应。结果:奥昔非君(Oxy)能显著提高缺血心肌的营养血供应;降低心肌氧自由基(OFR)浓度和丙二醛(MDA)含量;增加超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结论:Oxy具有显著保护缺血心肌损伤的作用,可改善缺血心肌的血液灌流,增加机体抗氧化能力,减轻自由基损伤反应的结果。
Objective: To explore the protective effect and mechanism of oxiracepha on ischemic myocardium. Methods: The posterior pituitary model of myocardial ischemia in mice was established. From the perspective of free radical, the blood supply and free radical damage reaction of ischemic myocardium were observed. Results: Oxy could significantly increase the nutritional blood supply of ischemic myocardium, decrease OFR concentration and MDA content, and increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD). CONCLUSION: Oxy has a significant protective effect on ischemic myocardial injury, which can improve blood perfusion of ischemic myocardium, increase the body’s antioxidant capacity and reduce the response to free radical damage.
