应用C-D函数和影响因子构建了行业内不同企业和不同行业间企业的兼并模型.在此基础上,以广东的家电行业的两个企业兼并绩效进行了实证分析和研究,并得到了三个有理论指导意义的结论.
This paper constructs the merger model of enterprises in different industries and different industries by using CD function and influence factors.On this basis, this paper makes an empirical analysis and research on the performance of two enterprises in Guangdong’s home appliance industry, and obtains three Theoretical guidance of the conclusions.
