原发性胆囊癌早期常无特殊症状，易与胆囊炎及胆石症相混淆，诊断较困难。本院近二年曾有6例胆囊癌误诊，报告如下。IIM床资料本组病人男3例，女3例；年龄46～65岁，病程50～10余年（胆囊结石症状）。6例皆误诊为慢性胆囊炎并胆囊结石，其中2例并胆囊积液，2例伴胆囊及周围积脓 Primary gallbladder carcinoma often has no special symptoms in the early stage and is easily confused with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. The diagnosis is difficult. There were 6 cases of misdiagnosis of gallbladder cancer in this hospital in the past two years. The report is as follows. IIM bed data in this group of patients 3 males and 3 females; aged 46 to 65 years, duration of 50 to 10 years (cholecystoligic symptoms). All 6 cases were misdiagnosed as chronic cholecystitis and cholecystolithiasis. Among them, 2 cases had gallbladder effusion and 2 cases had gallbladder and peripheral effusion.
