统计数据的真实性是统计工作的生命线。失真的统计数据不仅影响经济预测、经济分析的准确度,而且直接导致各级各部门决策偏差,进而给经济运行本身带来负面影响。然而长期以来统计数据质量失真,弄虚作假现象屡禁不绝,导致统计信息不尽人意,给社会带来危害。现在全党上下认真贯彻落实科学发展观、积极构建和谐社会、共同应对全球金融危机,在此背景之下,分析统计数据失真的原因,探讨统计数据失真的对策,显的尤为迫切,更加重要。
The authenticity of statistical data is the lifeline of statistical work. Distortion statistics not only affect the economic forecast, the accuracy of economic analysis, but also directly lead to various departments at all levels of decision-making bias, thereby giving the economic operation itself a negative impact. However, the quality of statistical data has long been distorted and fraud has been repeatedly banned, leading to unsatisfactory statistical information and harming the society. Nowadays, the entire party earnestly implements the scientific concept of development, actively building a harmonious society and coping with the global financial crisis. Under this background, it is urgent and even more important to analyze the causes of statistical data distortion and to discuss the countermeasures of statistical data distortion.
