No whitewash on the face, straight hair loosely behind him. Simple and natural, this is the first impression that journalist Zhang Peiyu of Austrian Taiwanese female conductor gave to reporters. With her narrative, the ups and downs of the story, we find her self-improvement, tenacious struggle of life and a passionate Chinese complex. A Pei Yu grew up in a secluded village in Taiwan. His father, Zhang Pengtu, is a graduate of the 19th phase of the Whampoa Military Academy. He loves art and literature.
