Coagulation Factor VIII (FVIII) is a protein product produced by a gene consisting of 26 exons and 289 kb in length. Upon initial synthesis, it is a single peptide chain consisting of more than 2000 amino acids and moves from its rough endoplasmic reticulum To the Golgi apparatus, it is processed to cut the middle part of the peptide chain, the two ends are connected by Ca2 +, and its biochemical and biological details have been reported in the literature. The precipitation technique allows F VIII preparations to reach the purity necessary for treatment, but these preparations contain only 0.1% active anti-haemophilia factor (AHF), the FⅧ protein. Although the biochemical knowledge of F Ⅷ is not essential for the development of products for substitution therapy for hemophilia A, it is essential for the eventual cure for hemophilia.
