(Viii) The principle of self-stability of agricultural systems Two major changes in the agricultural system are factors that are particularly unpredictable. One is meteorological changes and the other is market changes. It is precisely because of these two factors that the agricultural system is unstable and that there are often great changes in different years, which bring great difficulties to farmers and the country. To deal with these two changes, we should rely mainly on the self-stabilization capacity of the agricultural system. In order to achieve self-stability, we must first have the strategic measures to establish a reasonable agricultural structure, crop layout, variety distribution and economic policies so that the agricultural system can basically adapt to the local gas
