采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板凝胶电泳法测定草菇蛋期至成熟期子实体不同部位超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。结果表明蛋期子实体有1~2条酶带,伸长期和成熟期有2~4条酶带。菌柄是子实体衰老历程中 SOD 同工酶酶谱变化最敏感的部位。还观察了不同期子实体及其提取液于4℃低温贮藏4天后 SOD 同工酶的变化,并对草菇衰老机制及其与贮藏过程中 SOD 同工酶变化的关系进行了探讨。
Polyacrylamide vertical plate gel electrophoresis was used to determine superoxide dismutase (SOD) in different parts of fruiting bodies of Eruca macrophylla from egg stage to mature stage. The results showed that there were 1 ~ 2 bands in the egg stage and 2 ~ 4 bands in the elongation and maturation stages. The stipe stalk is the most sensitive site of SOD isoenzymes changes during the aging process of fruiting bodies. The changes of SOD isoenzymes in different stages of fruiting bodies and their extracts after storage for 4 days at 4 ℃ were also observed. The relationship between the mechanisms of SOD and the changes of SOD isozymes during storage was also discussed.
